Who We Are

Campbell Newman is a 100% employee-owned boutique investment management firm in Milwaukee serving institutional, intermediary and private clients. Our two strategies feature high-quality, high-conviction portfolios and the firm’s edge: Judgment backed by experience. Our firm’s culture is built on five core values – client focused, stewardship, transparency, integrity and teamwork.

Strategies

Large Cap Dividend Growth

A long-only, total-return focused, large-cap core equity strategy invested exclusively in the stocks of companies with a history of consistent annual dividend increases. Bottom-up stock selection is used to build a diversified, high-conviction portfolio of 25-35 stocks with a higher-than-average current yield and growing streams of income over time.

The objective of the Large Cap Dividend Growth strategy is to participate in up-markets and protect in down-markets in order to outperform its S&P 500 Index benchmark on a net of fees basis over a full market cycle and at lower levels of risk, as defined by standard deviation of returns.

Small Cap Growth

A long-only, capital appreciation focused, small cap growth equity strategy invested exclusively in companies that have achieved profitability. Bottom-up stock selection is used to build a diversified, high-conviction portfolio of 40-55 stocks with market capitalizations generally between $200 million and $7 billion.

The objective of the Small Cap Growth strategy is to participate in up-markets and protect in down-markets in order to outperform its Russell 2000 Growth Index over a full market cycle and at lower levels of risk, as defined by the standard deviation of returns.
